Privacy Policy

1. Your app data

Your Pump Log data is stored on your device and in your private iCloud. Stefanik Software LLC does not have access to that data. The app does not provide public posting of your content.

Because we do not hold your app data, we do not set a retention period for it or delete it on your behalf. You manage your records in the app and your iCloud storage through Apple’s settings.

You can manage app permissions, including notification permissions, in your device settings. iCloud is provided by Apple and is subject to Apple’s privacy policy.

2. Website analytics and storage

Our website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site and improve it. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information about website activity, such as pages visited, interactions, referring websites, browser and device information, and approximate location. Google processes this information and provides us with analytics reports.

Google Analytics 4 uses IP addresses during collection but does not log or store them. Website analytics is separate from the app data stored on your device and in your private iCloud.

Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services and Google Analytics’ data practices. You can manage cookies in your browser and use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on in supported browsers.

The website also stores your selected light or dark theme in your browser’s local storage. You can remove this preference by clearing the site’s browser data.

3. Information you send us

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever information you choose to include. We use it to respond to your request and provide support. Please send only the information needed for your question.

We keep support correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and meet applicable legal obligations. This is separate from your app data, which we cannot access.

4. How information is shared

Your app data remains on your device and in your private iCloud; we cannot access or share it. Website analytics information is processed by Google as described above.

For information you send directly to us, we may disclose it with your consent, as needed to handle your request, when required by law, or to protect legal rights and safety. Such information may also be transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of our business.

5. Your choices and privacy rights

You manage your app data on your device and in your private iCloud. We cannot retrieve, change, or delete that data for you. If you need help finding the relevant controls, contact us.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to or restrict its processing. To make a request about information you sent us or about our website’s privacy practices, email hi@pumplogapp.com.

California residents may also request, once a year and free of charge, information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for direct marketing in the preceding calendar year under California’s “Shine the Light” law. Send requests to the email address above.

If you believe your personal information is being processed unlawfully, you may contact your local data protection authority.

Our website does not currently respond to browser Do-Not-Track signals. You can use the analytics opt-out and browser controls described above.

6. Children’s privacy

We do not knowingly solicit personal information from or market to children under 18. By using the app, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are a parent or guardian consenting to a minor dependent’s use.

If you believe a child under 18 has sent us personal information, contact hi@pumplogapp.com so we can take reasonable steps to delete information we hold.

7. Updates to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or practices change. The date above shows when it was last revised. For material changes, we may post a prominent notice or notify you directly.
